Every week, Jess cooks up a new batch straight outta the HTX underground. Could be a throwback hit. Could be something fresh. Could be chaos in a cup. You won’t know until it drops.

Bags weigh in at 180g — fuel for ~30 cups (12oz each). Price isn’t fixed. Ingredients change. Recipes get risky. That’s the game.

The weekly drop is announced Wednesday. The stash goes live Saturday. Pickup is Sunday only — in person, on time, or you’re out. No exceptions, no excuses.

No shipping. That means it’s local or nothing. Respect the hustle.

Every drop is crafted with the best ingredients we can get our hands on — organic when we can swing it.

Each bag comes with a full ingredient list, plus markers for organic vs. conventional, and any allergens.
Loose leaf only. No teabags, no shortcuts — this is artisanal tea, not instant convenience.

Why does the price change each week?

Every drop is a moving target. Ingredients shift, tariffs bite, regulations change, and some flavors play hard to get. Some weeks a blend is simple. Other weeks? It’s a full-on, multi-step creation with 100+ ingredients battling it out.

We keep prices as fair as possible, but this isn’t a chain store — it’s artisanal chaos. You’re paying for quality, craft, and exclusivity, not clearance-bin convenience.

What’s up with the packaging?

We keep it green and clean—bags, labels, and closures are all home compostable. No extra trash. No nonsense.

But here’s the trade-off: these bags don’t armor your tea forever. To keep it fresh, transfer it into any airtight jar or tin you’ve got at home. Our favorite? Big Ball jars, tucked away in a cool, dark corner.

Underground doesn’t mean we skimp — flavor and sustainability come first.

When and where do I grab my tea?

Sundays are pick-up day. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

Location: East End Farmers Market, Navigation Esplanade (2600 Navigation Blvd.), in front of the original Ninfa’s.
Time: 10am–2pm sharp.

Miss it? You miss out. Texas law keeps us local — no shipping, no meetups outside this window. Orders not picked up roll over only to the next Sunday, but no refunds. Limited stock, all sales final.
